Ignore my last comment !!!

Hi It's not the new paintpod thats wrong it was me !!!! I've pulled a disc after doing what I thought was ok as it seemed so easy so be careful any other back pain sufferers as its as easy as sneezing to send it wrong again. Do I regret it, well actually not when I look in the bedroom I feel quite proud but seriously I know I was being a bit silly. I woke up on a good day and you know what its like on a good day you just keep going and going and going. Anyway I had my first treatment at the Queens today which completely knocked me out and slept the rest of the afternoon in bed and I'm sure it will settle again soon as I'm sure I could not really do any serious damage.
