A Supplement for Back Pain
Vitamin B6 has been used for years to treat carpal tunnel syndrome, and has also been used for back pain. Apparently it can increase your pain resistance and they have found that when some patients take anti-inflammatory drugs with Vitamin B6, they got better pain control with less medication. One study showed that a combination of B Vitamins can bring relief to chronic back pain in as little as 30 minutes. Vitamin B1 and B12 are amongst others that they say can help with back pain but always check with your GP first for the amount you should take on a regular basis.
