If your feeling strong and want to embark on a new type of activity then remember to not just steam in at the deep end as you could end up damaging your muscles.
This type of damage is known as a sprain and often affects the ligaments that bind together the spine's facet joints. It usually occurs in the lumber area, although the sacroiliac joints are also quite vulnerably, particularly during a fall or a twisting action.
