Post Number Four - a Quote That Inspires Me for Nhbpn

I joined this a bit late to blog every day in my first week but have managed one suitable post, and you are allowed TWO 'get out of post free days' so I guess I've also used those up as well, which leaves me with four to write. You are then sent prompts every day to write about and I have decided to use my blog on back and neck pain treatment as the 'News Style Post' entry and I am now going to write on 'A quote that inspires me', 'What's in my bag every day', 'A list of three things that I am thankful for' and 'Why I write about my health'.
