smoothie Yoghurt has been shown to have several properties that may benefit people suffering from Fibromyalgia and CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). The research states that it may enhance the immune system, alleviate symptoms of IBS, prevent yeast infections, improve heart health by lowering bad cholesterol and help prevent osteoporosis all of which they think have a link to Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
