A Question to Chronic Pain Sufferers - What's on Your Nightstand/ Bedside Table?

#SpoonieBack PainHEALTHlow back pain

For chronic pain sufferers our bedside table can reveal what we rely on to help us relax and get through the night.

As I sit on my bed and look at mine I have my bedside light with a press button on and off switched which I find so much easier than one under the bulb as I don't need to stretch to turn it on and off.

I have a lovely heart tile a friend gave me which says 'Good friends are hard to find harder to leave and impossible to forget' which I use for my mugs of tea or glasses of water.

I have a tiny fluffy toy poodle which is fastened with magnets around my lamp stand which another friend gave me when I first had my poodle.

I have my chargers for my phone and kindle fire and my heat blanket all plugged in ready to use when I want them,

I have the landline hands free phone.

I also have some hand creams and my Tumeric tablets as the container is too big to go into my drawer.

I keep all my pills in a very pretty box which makes them look less clinical, in the bedside drawer.
