5 Weeks on From Sij Injections

I am five weeks on from my SIJ (sacroiliac injection) and I am still about 80% pain-free. I've had a few flare-ups this week but am easily treated with simple paracetamol. I am delighted with the outcome and just pushed myself a little bit too hard today reminding me it is still there but can be controlled if I pace myself.
