I have decided to retire from writing my back pain blog which I started back in 2007. I never thought it would still be active and growing in 2024 and have over 900 subsribers.

I have made some lovely friends through my blog and will continue to watch their progress and health but for now this will be my last post post on here.

I would like to wish Logan all the best with carrying on with this blog in the future and I am sure you will support him like you have supported me over the years.
